Terms of Service
By using DaCity Hub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the hub.
The hub
DaCity Hub is a game hub in the browser: a city with a casino, cases, a marketplace, games and a launchpad. It is still being built, so features can change, move or be removed, and progress may sometimes be reset.
Your account
- You can play as a guest or sign in with Google or a Solana wallet.
- Keep your Google account and your wallet safe. Anyone who controls them can use your DaCity Hub account.
- DaCity Hub never asks for your password, private key or seed phrase.
Items and money
- Items, cases, XP and ranks in the hub are part of the game and have no cash value.
- Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, nothing in the hub uses real money.
- You are responsible for anything you sign or send with your own wallet.
Behaviour
Be respectful in the chat and in games. Do not post illegal, hateful or harassing content, do not spam and do not try to break, cheat or overload the hub. We may remove messages and limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Games from other projects
Some games in the hub are separate projects. They may have their own rules, shown inside the game.
No warranty
The hub is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress or other losses from using the hub.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
